I have nothing but good things to say and strong recommendations for this establishment. Recently, I got in a little fender bender in a friend’s $50k Audi, and I told her I would fix it. I did the normal run around town, pricing different shops and trying to figure out where I would get the least taken advantage of, when I called a friend over at Globe Tire & Motorsport for some assistance. After driving miles all around LA, and receiving $900, $1200 and $1500 price quotes, my friend directed me to Mr. Polish. When I explained to the woman working there that she would have to remove and repaint the rear quarter-panel of the car as well as the bumper (which is the same story I got from all 3 previous shops), she told me I was mistaken, asked one of the guys to come over with a buffer and some rubbing compound and wax, clean it up, buff it out, wax it up nice and shiny, AND after he finished I asked (completely elated that I did not have to leave the car there for 5 days) how much I could pay her for her services and she declined my offer.
It was the MOST positive experience I have ever had when dealing with cars. I can’t remember the woman’s name, but she was the only one there. She was 100% honest with me and even took the time to point out on the other price quotes where I was being taken advantage off. I’m fairly certain that not all fixes are this simple, but I would bet my bottom dollar that they will provide you with the highest quality work at the fairest price. As long as Mr. Polish is in business and that same woman is there, I will never take my cars anywhere else.
